Music Education
Krishna Feeney is a professional musician, and educator in the Bay Area, California. She has been devoted to public education and teaching for nearly two decades, with experience teaching and supporting students from 4 - 84 years old, at all ability levels. Krishna has been singing her heart out and playing her guitar for nearly 30 years, during which time she has dabbled in many other instruments, most consistently ukulele and stand-up bass. She plays and sings a wide variety of musical styles from bluegrass to blues, jazz, and swing, but her true passion is for songwriting. Krishna loves to bring her joy and passion for singing, songwriting, and all things musical to other musicians and aspiring musicians at all levels.
Camps and Workshops
Krishna Feeney teaches and works at multiple Califonia music camps. At Walker Creek Music Camp, she supports the youngest campers, 5-13 years old, to get inspired, make connections, and engage in music through fun activities that teach and support musical skills. At the California Bluegrass Association Music Camp Krishna supports student registration, orientation, and anything campers need to feel connected, and included in the musical community. Additionally, she hosts a variety of workshops and jams for adults focusing on songwriting, jamming etiquette, singing for the terrified, duet and harmony singing, beginning-intermediate ukulele, and more.
